A good fly that fishes well all-over Northern California. They all look so good! A fast-sinking, leg-kicking, deep-diving attractor for all seasons. Match the fly's color to the sky color (dark or sunny) and water clarity. I use these flies to represent Sculpin. I fish these guys swinging with different tip sink rates and short leaders.
Olive is an excellent fly for sunny days, matching sculpins in valley rivers.
