Lance’s Yuba River Caddis Brown Size 16
My caddis creation is a basically an Elk Hair Caddis with a couple of modifications. I took off the hackle and just added a rib. I added an Antron sub wing with a hint of flash underneath the wing to add some life. Fish this fly on a long 15 feet to 4X- 5X leader using the dump cast method downstream and hang on.
This caddis represents the Hydropsyche Caddis. Add floatant to the wing and you can fish it all day.
