I designed this Float-N-Fly to be fished at Lake Almanor all season long. Everything eats this guy, Bass in the spring and Browns in the fall. It is an excellent fly with lots of movement. I use my Gray's Indicator Leader. The indicator leader is setup for an 8-foot drop. You can add tippet from the barrel swivel and add your fly to the depth of where you want to fish. Many anglers use a depth finder to find the fish and then they simply cast out and let the indicator rig and fly do their work.
