J. Fair’s Wiggle Tail
These flies match Jay’s specifications. High quality all the way around. Tiemco hooks and all J. Fair’s dyed materials, dyed to Jay’s color specifications by Mr. Fox. The TMC 2457 Size 10 hook is all the weight you need. These flies can be fished on long leaders with floating fly lines or all types of sinking lines.
Rust Wiggle Tail is my favorite at Baum Lake. I like to fish this fly on an intermediate line with a short 6–7-foot straight fluorocarbon 4X leader, in deeper water, fished quickly.
