Euphoria Muddled Black Size 7
This is Rick Anderson’s pattern. It has been a go to pattern of mine for the last couple years on the Feather and Yuba Rivers during the spring season. I like this fly because it has perfect colors to each one and pushes water to create more disturbance. A great fly to fish in the valley rivers during the springtime. I fish these on a long 9-12-foot fluorocarbon 4X tapered leader.
This fly I use when it is cloudy or during low light. The silhouette that this fly has combined with the ability to push water and make a disturbance is a what makes it work. A great choice.
