This tour focuses on learning how to fish this singular stillwater. Skills learned here at this lake can be transferred to other stillwaters.
This is a full-day tour. We will show you the lake using our Fishcraft driftboat, the lake’s transition zones, and how we fish them. We will review equipment, rigging, and all safety factors involved in fishing on a lake. We will have a lakeshore lunch and then work on new skills while fishing for the rest of the tour.
The one-day tour fee is $225 per guest, with a maximum of 3 anglers per instructor. Transportation and handouts for the tour will include maps, access areas, flies, unique setups, recommended equipment, and other features specific to the fishery. A complete list of required equipment is included in the confirmation package. Guests must possess a valid California fishing license and bring their equipment and personal watercraft wading gear (equipment is available if required
