Lake Almanor

The Lake Almanor Hex hatch is an awesome fishery. The action is fast and at times frustrating. Browns, Rainbows, Salmon and big Smallmouth all eat this huge mayfly. My brother Lincoln Gray operates a stillwater school at Lake Almanor named Stillwater Fly Fishing Adventuress. We utilize Lincoln and his staff, for all of our trips on Lake Almanor.

Stillwater trips are $395 per day and half-day trips are $250 per day, maximum of two anglers.

Pontoon Boats, Driftboat, fins, Rods, reels, flies, leaders, and indicators are all inclusive however, wading gear is not.

Lakeside lunches, beverages, and snacks are provided (lunch is not provided on half-day outings).

A deposit is required to hold your date.
