Butt Valley

Butt Valley Reservoir

Butt Valley Reservoir sits just to the Southwest of Lake Almanor. It is a great fishery with a little rustic atmosphere than Lake Almanor. Big fish, trout and bass are lurking in this lake. Pontoon boats are the best tool to use while exploring this great wild fishery.  From the Hexagenia hatch on one end to the Pond Smelt on the other the fishing is always interesting.

A great place to fish, camp and explore. Butt Valley is also the lake we conduct the Stillwater Workshop and the venue for our Trout School.
