Hat Creek

Hat Creek

Perhaps the most famous fishery in California, Hat Creek has it all. From a bubbling brook in Lassen National Volcanic Park to free flowing freestone, to a stillwater dammed at Baum Lake. Transforming itself into a spring creek at Carbon Bridge and falling back into freestone to Lake Britton. The heartbeat and definition of fly fishing is Hat Creek. Lance Gray & Company is now guiding just the wild trout portion of the fishery. The main focus of the guide trip will be in the lower freestone portion.
