Bailey Creek
Bailey Creek starts out as two beautiful spring heads that tumble down through a canyon for only a few miles and then across Twin Creeks Ranch. The riffles and pools of the amazing freestone stream are filled with fish. The stream is incredibly rich in aquatic insects and the health of its rainbows and browns certainly testifies to that. This stream holds more fish per yard than any other we have ever fished. The low elevation, rich spring water and temperate climate translates into a long growing season and fast growing fish.
There are two outstanding lakes on the property; the upper lake has giant bass and a huge population of bluegill, while the lower lake has monster trout in it. The lower lake is spring fed and stays ice cold all summer long. It boasts remarkable mayfly, damsel and dragon fly hatches.
The lodge itself is an ideal vacation spot for couples, small groups and families. This lodge has four bedrooms downstairs all with private bath. The rooms are located close to the pool area and Jacuzzi.
Bailey Creek Lodge sits very near Battle Creek, Rock Creek Lake, Lake Christine and Digger Creek Ranch.
