Lassen Park Fly-Fishing Tour
The Lassen Volcanic National Park Fly-Fishing Tour is a mixture of stillwater and stream fly-fishing.
This two day tour is going to be a blast! We will meet at Manzanita Lake. We will travel the park looking at fly-fishing waters. The days will be broken down into both touring and fishing. This concept allows for a generous allotment of casting time but allows us to show you the beautiful places in the park for camping and fishing.
We will get out of the car and take short strolls to quick destinations. The park has hundreds of miles of trails, including the Pacific Crest, Immigrant and local trails crisscrossing the park. Access areas will be discussed for both camping and fishing. We will cover the fly-fishing equipment that we use in the park from flies and rigging to techniques.
Guest will have the opportunities to work on casting, techniques and rigging while being guided. The tour is a tour, workshop and guided trip. It’s also a great time to develop new skills, sharpen old skills or even catch the Tenkara craze.
Lunch will provided every day with one group dinner (family members welcome)
